Why I build the way I do.
I am S Parameswaran. Long before I built homes for others, I knew what it felt like to long for one of my own.
I grew up with very little, and I have not forgotten a single hard day of it. So when a family sits in front of me, I do not just see a plot and a budget. I see people counting every rupee, the way my own family once did. I know how that worry feels at night, and I will never treat it lightly.
That is why I keep my prices as fair and as low as I honestly can, and never let the quality fall for it. Over the years I have built homes for many families across Coimbatore, and watching them move in, hang their first photo, light their first lamp, is the part of this work I love the most.
My wish is a simple one. I want people to stop being afraid of rent, of a landlord's mood, of loans that never seem to end, and to finally stand inside a home that is truly their own.
And I make you one promise. I will build your house exactly the way I would build it for my own family. Nothing less. Because to me, that is what it truly is.
